FAQ

1. Go to our registration page
2. Complete the form, and press the REGISTER button
3. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address, once your profile has been approved
4. Login with your username and password
5. Place your bid…

1. Login to the website
2. Select your preferred auction
3. Enter your amount in the designated area/input field
4. Select the BID button
5. You will receive an email as confirmation of the bid

1. Login to the website with your fancier username/email and password
2. Your dashboard will appear, after login
3. Select the “Settings” link on your left
4. Complete the desired information on your right, i.e. Store Name, Store Slug (https://exclusivepigeons.co.za/fancier/[store_slug]), etc.
5. After all the desired information has been filled in, select the “SAVE” button located in the bottom-right corner

1. Login to the website with your fancier username/email and password
2. Your dashboard will appear, after login
3. Select the “Settings” link on your left
4. Scroll down on the page until you get to “Shop Description” on your right
5. Select the “Add Media” button, located below the “Shop Description” heading, and above the area where you can fill in your shop/business information
6. Upload your photo/pedigree image, via the “Upload Files” tab (left top, next to “Media Library”)
7. After the photo/pedigree image has been uploaded, on your right (where the “ATTACHMENT DETAILS” heading is located), you need to scroll down until you get to the “ATTACHMENT DISPLAY SETTINGS” heading
   • Next to “Link To” select “Media File” (under the drop down menu)
8. Select the blue “Insert into post” button
9. Now your photo/pedigree image will open (enlarge) in a pop-up when selected
10. Remember to select the “SAVE” button in the bottom-right corner, in order to save the changes you have applied

Should your photo/pedigree image already be uploaded

1. Follow points 1. to 4. mentioned above
2. Select/click the image
3. Click on the pencil/edit icon (that appears after you have selected the image), to the left of the “x” icon
4. Scroll down on the pop-up, until you get to the “DISPLAY SETTINGS” heading
   • Next to “Link To” select “Media File” (under the drop down menu)
5. Select the blue “Update” button, located in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up
6. Remember to select the “SAVE” button in the bottom-right corner, in order to save the changes you have applied

• Minimum bid on a pigeon is R1 000
• Increments on bidding is R200
• Accounts must be settled in full within 7 days after the auction has ended via EFT or cash deposit in Exclusive Pigeons bank account. Credit card payments will also be accepted
• Viewing of the pigeons on auction can be arranged
• When a bird has to be shipped it will be done by air and the cost is R400
• Pedigrees for every pigeon sold will be issued by the seller
• The sex of baby birds can not be guaranteed, but will be indicated

• Minimum bid on a pigeon is R1 000, and increments on bidding is R200
• When the bidding exceeds R5 000, the increments will automatically be increased to R500
• NB: Should a bid be placed on a pigeon 15 minutes before the end date and time as stipulated within the part no., the auction on that specific pigeon will be extended with 15 minutes
• Kindly note that we do not accept telephonic bids 30 minutes prior to the closing of an auction
